MUSLIMS SAY THE QURAN IS NOT DETAILED OR ELABORATED

Muslims say the Quran is not detailed or elaborated, BUT Allah says:

Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Acquainted. (11:1)

And they do not come to you with an argument except that We bring you the truth and the best explanation. (25:33)

We have certainly brought them a Book which We explained with knowledge—a guide and mercy for those who believe. (7:52)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

And this (is the) way (of) your Lord - straight. Certainly We have detailed the Verses for a people who take heed. (6:127)

A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur’an for a people who know, (41:3)

Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail? (6:114)

He sets forth to you an example from yourselves. Is for you among what possess your right hands any partners in what We have provided you so you in it (are) equal, you fear them as you fear yourselves? Thus We explain the Verses for a people (who) use reason. (30:28)

Only (the) example (of) the life … flourished yesterday. Thus We explain the Signs for a people who reflect. (10:24)

And thus We explain the Signs that they (may) say, "You have studied," and that We (may) make it clear for a people who know. (6:105)

Thus we detail the revelations, that haply they may return (7:174)

It is then, up to Us, to make it all clear (75:19)

Muslims say the Quran does not contain the examples, BUT Allah says:

And verily We have explained to mankind in this Quran from every example, but refused most (of) the mankind except disbelief. (17:89)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

Muslims say the the Quran is not complete, requiring additional sources to be associated with it, BUT Allah says:

And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled / completed in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (6:115)

And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book (Quran) a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. (6:38)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims. (16:89)

Muslims say the Sunnah and Hadith are completely separate concepts from the Quran, but Allah says:

---Contains Hadith---

4:87, 7:185, 12:111, 18:6, 31:6, 39:23, 45:6, 52:34, 56:81, 68:44, 77:50

And whose HADITH is more truthful than ALLAH'S? (4:87)

Then in which HADITH after this will they believe? (7:185)

This is not a fabricated HADITH, but a confirmation of what is before it, and a detailed explanation of everything, and a guide and a mercy to a people acknowledging. (12:111)

Then perhaps you are going to worry yourself to death chasing after them if they do not believe in this HADITH. (18:6)

And among the people there are those who purchase baseless HADITHS to divert from the way of God without knowledge, making mockery of it. (31:6)

Allah has sent down the best HADITH: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration... (39:23)

These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what HADITH after Allah and His verses will they believe? (45:6)

Then let them bring a HADITH like it, if they are truthful. (52:34)

Is it then this HADITH that you are ridiculing (56:81)

So leave those who deny this HADITH to Me. We will proceed against them gradually, from whence they do not know. (68:44)

In what HADITH beyond this will they believe? (77:50)

---Contains Sunnah---

4:26, 17:77, 33:38, 33:62, 35:43, 40:85, 48:23

ALLAH wishes to make His laws clear to you and to guide you towards the righteous ways of those who preceded you. He wishes to redeem you. He is all-knowing and all-wise. (4:26)

Nothing has changed. It was this SUNNAH with the messengers that We sent before you. You will find no changes in Our SUNNAHS. (17:77)

The Prophet should not have any uneasiness about that which God has ordained for him since this is ALLAH’s SUNNAH with those [prophets] who passed away before. God’s will is absolute destiny. (33:38)

This has been ALLAH’s SUNNAH with those who went before, and you will not find any change in the SUNNAH of ALLAH. (33:62)

because of their arrogance on Earth and their evil schemes. Yet evil schemes overwhelm only those who plot them. Do they expect anything different, given what happened to earlier people? You will never find any change in the SUNNAH of ALLAH, and you will never find any deviation in His SUNNAH. (35:43)

But believing after seeing Our might did not help them at all. This has been God’s SUNNAH of dealing with His worshipers, and those who denied the truth were lost, then and there. (40:85)

Such is God’s SUNNAH which is ongoing. You will never find any change in God’s SUNNAH. (48:23)

God wishes to make His laws clear to you and to guide you towards the righteous SUNNAH of those who preceded you. He wishes to redeem you. He is all-knowing and all-wise. (4:26)

Muslims say that the God/Quran is not sufficient, but Allah says:

Say, "Only (had) forbidden my Lord the shameful deeds what (is) apparent of it and what is concealed, and the sin, and the oppression without [the] right, and that you associate with Allah what not He has sent down of it any authority, and that you say about Allah what not do you know?" (7:33)

Say: Which thing is greater in testimony? Say: God is Witness between me and you. And this, the Quran, was revealed to me that I should warn you with it and whomever it reached. Truly, are you bearing witness that there are other gods with God? Say: I bear not such witness. Say: He is not but One God and I am, truly, free from partners you ascribe with Him. (6:19)

A Book has been revealed to you. Let it cause no anxiety in your heart, as you will use it to warn and remind the believers. (7:2)

Follow what has been sent down to you by your Lord, and follow no masters other than Him. How seldom do you remember! (7:3)

Is it the law of the days of ignorance that they seek to uphold? Whose law is better than God's for those who have attained certainty? (5:50)

Therefore, go on inviting them and stay the course as you have been commanded. Do not follow their whims and desires but say, "I have believed in what God has sent down of the Book, and I have been commanded to judge equitably between you. God is our Lord and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds. Let there be no quarrel between us and you. God will bring us all together, and to Him is the ultimate return." (42:15)

Those who do not believe in the Hereafter give the angels female names, (53:27)

they have no knowledge of this. They only follow guesswork. Guesswork is no substitute at all for the Truth. (53:28)

Say, "Who among those 'partners-gods' you associated with Him guides you to the Truth?" Say, "It is God who guides to the Truth. Which is more worthy to be followed; He who guides you to the Truth, or he who cannot find the path unless he's guided? What is the matter with you? How do you judge?" (10:35)

Indeed, that is My Path—perfectly straight. So follow it and do not follow other ways, for they will lead you away from His Way. This is what He has commanded you, so that you may become righteous. (6:153)

If they are told "Follow what God has revealed," they say, "Rather We will follow what we found our fathers doing," even though their fathers did not understand anything and were not guided. (2:170)

Say, "People of the Book, do not overstep the bounds of Truth in your religious beliefs. Do not follow the whims of the people who went astray before you. They have led many others astray, and they continue to stray from the right path." (5:77)

Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allāh with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allāh; and I am not of those who associate others with Him." (12:108)

We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences. (5:48)

And judge between them ˹O Prophet˺ by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware, so they do not lure you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. If they turn away ˹from Allah’s judgment˺, then know that it is Allah’s Will to repay them for some of their sins, and that many people are indeed rebellious. (5:49)

Is it the judgment of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance they seek? Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith? (5:50)

When they are told, "Turn to God's revelation and the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turn away from you in disgust. (4:61)

And when Our clear messages are recited to them, those who have no hope of meeting with Us say: Bring a Qur’ån other than this or change it. Say: It is not for me to change it of my own accord. I follow naught but what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the chastisement of a grievous day. (10:15)

And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before this, they would have said, "Our Lord, if You had only sent us a messenger, we could have followed Your signs before we were humiliated and disgraced." (20:134)
