SURAH TAUBAH 1 - 50

QURAN TAFSIR ( QURAN AS IT EXPLAIN ITSELF)

SURAH AT TAUBA

In the Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

9:1. Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allah and His Messenger  towards those of the Pagans(Mushrikin), with whom you made a treaty.

[9:4. Except for those of the polytheists (Mushrikin) with whom you have a treaty, and they have not subsequently failed you, nor have they helped others against you. So fulfill their treaty with them until  their term. Allah loves those who have righteous.]

9:2.  So travel freely for four months throughout the land, but know that you cannot escape  Allah; And Allah will disgrace upon all who refuse to acknowledge the truth!".

[Four months of peacetime

*9:36. The Central Authority will subdue the aggressors]*

9:3.  And a declaration from Allah and His Messenger to mankind on the greatest day of Pilgrimage (Hajj) that Allah is free from obligations to the polytheists (Mushrikin )and so is His Messenger. So if you repent, it is best for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot escape Allah. And give glad tidings to those who disbelieve of a painful punishment.

9:4.  Except for those of the polytheists (Mushrikin) with whom you have a treaty, and they have not subsequently failed you, nor have they helped others against you. So fulfill their treaty with them until  their term. Allah loves those who have righteous.

9:5. When the Sacred Months are past, (and they refuse to make peace) then fight the polytheists (Mushrikin) wherever you find them, and capture them and surround them, and stand against them at every point. But if they repent and perform the Salah and  in setting up the Economic Order of Zakaat, then leave their way free.  Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[The four Sacred Months forbidden for any warfare: From the 12th month, Zil-Hajjahup to the 3rd month,Rabi'ul Awwal

2:193-195.  And fight them so there is no more persecution, and so that the system is for Allah. If they cease, then there will be no aggression except against the wicked.

The restricted month may be met within the restricted month, and what is unlawful may be met with retaliation. Whoever attacks you, then you shall attack him the same as he attacked you; and be aware of Allah, and know that Allah is with the righteous.

*And spend in the cause of Allah, but do not throw your resources to disaster. And do good, for Allah loves those who do good.

9:36. The count of the months with Allah is twelve months in Allah book the day He created the heavens and the earth; four of them are restricted. This is the correct system; so do not wrong yourselves in them. Fight those who set up partners collectively as they fight you collectively. Know that Allah is with the righteous

Some critics of Islam call this verse as the “Verse of Sword” presenting it out of context. Also, they present it as applicable for all times while it refers only to the aggressors against the Prophet and his companions in Makkah.

9:1.  Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allah and His Messenger  towards those of the Pagans(Mushrikin), with whom you made a treaty.]

9:6.  And if any of the polytheists (Mushrikin) seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that they may hear the Word of Allah (the Qur'an) and then escort him to a place where he can be safe, that is because since they are a people who do not know.

9:7.  How can there be a covenant with Allah and with His Messenger for the Mushrikin except those with whom you made a covenant near the Al-Masjid Al-Haram ? So long as they are upright with you, then you be upright with them. Allah loves those who have righteous.

9:8.  How can there be a treaty when they come over you, they do not regard the ties any rights of kinship nor any pledge. They seek to please you with their words, but their hearts deny, and most of them are definitely disobedient.

[Faasiqeen = Those who drift away]

9:9.  They have purchased with the verses of Allah a little gain, and they hinder people from His way; Evil is that what they used to do.

[This trade, frequently mentioned in the Qur’an, indicates: Fulfilling selfish desires for instant gains at the cost of disregarding Permanent Moral Values]

9:10.  They don't respect  those who  are believers, nor a kinship, nor a pledge! These are the transgressors.

9:11.  But if they repent, perform the contact prayer (Salah) and give the obligatory charity (Zakah), then they are your brethren in aldeen.  And we explain the verses in detail for people who know.

[The usual translation of this verse conveys the meaning that if they start praying five times a day and give 2.5% poor-due per year, then they are your brothers in religion. This interpretation goes directly against the all-encompassing Ordinance of Allah that there is no compulsion or coercion in Deen Islam.

2:256.  There is no compulsion in the system; the proper way has been clarified from the wrong way. Whoever rejects evil, and believes in Allah, indeed he has taken grasp of the strongest hold that will never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower.]

9:12.  But if they break their oaths after making their pledge, and attack your system (aldeen) with disapproval and criticism, then you fight against the leaders of Paganisam (disbelief) -- for surely, their oaths are nothing to them -- perhaps they will then cease.

9:13.  Will you not fight a people who break their oaths and intended to expel the Messenger while they were the ones who who attacked you first ? Do you fear them?. But Allah has more right that you should fear Allah, if you are believers.

9:14.  Fight them. Allah will punish them by your hands and  humiliate them and give you victory over them, and  heal the hearts of the believers ,

9:15.  And remove the anger from their  hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whom Allah wills. Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.

9:16.  Or Do you think that you would be left alone?.  Allah will come to distinguish those of you who striven hard  and did not  take other than Allah and His Messenger, and the believers. Allah is aware of what you do.

9:17.  It is not for the polytheists (Mushrikin), to maintain the Masjids of Allah, while they bear witness against themselves that they are denying the truth. All their works are in vain and  they will abide in the fire.

[9:107. There are those who abuse the masjid by practicing idol worship, dividing the believers, and providing comfort to those who oppose Allah and His messenger. They solemnly swear: "Our intentions are honorable!" Allah bears witness that they are liars.

30:31. You shall submit to Him, reverence Him, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and - whatever you do - do not ever fall into idol worship.

72:18.  And the Masjids, one and all, belong to Allah alone. ((Adoration and submission are due to none but Allah.) So, do not call upon anyone along with Allah.

Pilgrimage of the House is a duty unto all mankind, not Muslims alone.

3:97. In it are clear signs: the station of Abraham. And whoever enters it will be secure. And Allah is owed from the people to make Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary, whoever can make a path to it. And whoever rejects, then Allah has no need of the worlds.]

9:18. The Masjids of Allah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; Perform the contact prayer(Salah), and give the obligatory charity (Zakah) and do not fear except Allah. They are the ones  who are rightly guided.*

[Ya’mur = Maintains or administers.]

9:19.  Do you consider providing water to pilgrims and the maintenance of Al-Masjid Al-Haram as equal to the work of him who  has conviction in Allah and the Last Day, and then strives in the cause of Allah? They are not equal In the sight of Allah. And Allah does not guide those people who are the wrongdoers.

[Zaalim = One who displaces something from its rightful place = Choosing to do wrong]

9:20.  Those who believed and emigrated and strove in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives, are far higher in degree with Allah. They are the ones truly winners.

9:21.  Their Rabb gives them glad tidings of mercy from Allah, and Allah being pleased and of paradise for them wherein are everlasting delights.

9:22.  They will dwell therein forever. Verily,  Allah has with him a great reward.

9:23.  O believers!  Do not Take as  your fathers and your brothers as befriend if they prefer disbelief to belief. And whoever take them befriend , then those they are the  wrongdoers.

9:24.  Say: If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your spouses, your relatives and wealth that you have gained, and the commerce you fear a decline in it, and the dwellings in which you delight in it are more beloved to you than Allah and Allah's Messenger , and fighting for Allah cause, then wait until Allah brings command to pass. Allah does not guide the evil-doers.

9:25.  Allah has helped you on  many regions, and on the day of Hunayn, when you great number pleased you, but it did not avail you at all, and the earth, vast as it is, was straitened for you, then you turned back in retreat.

9:26. Then Allah did send down (Sakinah) tranquility on His Messenger, and on the believers, and sent down forces  which you did not see, and punished the disbelievers. Such is the recompense of disbelievers.

[The Messenger led them from chaos back to discipline, and boosted their morale. That was the army unseen.

3:125.  Indeed, if you are patient and are righteous and they come and attack you, He will supply you with five thousand of the angels battle trained.

8:10.  Allah made it only as glad tiding, and that your hearts be at rest therewith. And there is no victory except from Allah. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.

9:40.  If you do not help him, then Allah has helped him. When those who rejected expelled him, he was one of only two, and when both were in the cave, he said to his friend: "Do not grieve, for Allah is with us." So Allah sent down tranquility over him and He supported him with soldiers that you did not see, and He made the word of those who rejected be the lowest, and Allah word be the highest. Allah is Noble, Wise.

41:30.  Surely, those who have said, "Our Rabb is Allah," then they did right, the controllers will descend upon them: "You shall not fear, nor shall you grieve. Rejoice in the good news of Paradise that you have been promised."

48:4.  Allah is the One who sends down tranquility into the hearts of those who acknowledge, so that they may increase in acknowledgement along with their present acknowledgement. To Allah belongs the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Knowledgeable, Wise. ]

9:27.  Then Allah will accept the repentance of whom Allah wanted. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

9:28.  O you who believe! Verily, the polytheist (Mushrikin) are impure. So let them not come near Al-Masjid Al-Haram after this year; And if you fear poverty, Allah will make you rich  if He wills  by His bounty. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

[9:18. The Masjids of Allah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; Perform the contact prayer(Salah), and give the obligatory charity (Zakah) and do not fear except Allah. They are the ones  who are rightly guided.

3:97.  In it are clear signs: the station of Abraham. And whoever enters it will be secure. And Allah is owed from the people to make Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary, whoever can make a path to it. And whoever rejects, then Allah has no need of the worlds.

22:27.  Call out to people with the Pilgrimage, they will come to you walking and on every transport, they will come from every deep enclosure.]

9:29.  Fight against those who do not  believe Allah nor the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, and those who acknowledge not the system (deen) of truth, until they humbly pay tax with their own hands.

[Fight back’

9:1.  Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allah and His Messenger  towards those of the Pagans(Mushrikin), with whom you made a treaty.

Tasreef.  Jizyah = War Reparations, Damages to be paid by the aggressors, and not any kind of ‘tribute or tax’ as generally but erroneously translated. 'Mufridaat-e-Raaghib'. The Arabic word for tribute is “Kharaj”.

18:94.  They said, "O Two Eras, Gog and Magog are destroyers of the land, and so shall we make a tribute for you that you will make between us and them a barrier?"* *‘Kharjan’]

9:30.  And the Jews say: “(Uzayr)Ezra  is the son of Allah,” and the Christians have said the same “The Messiah is the son of Allah.” That is their saying with their mouths, resembling the saying of those disbelievers who lived before them had said. May Allah destroy them, wherever they are deluded away from the truth!

[Many Jews in the Arabian Peninsula used to believe that Osiris, the Egyptian idol, was Allah Son while others thought of Ezra, who restored the Taurat after it had been lost in the Babylonian Exile, as Allah Son. Uzayr applies to Ezra as well as Osiris.

20:88.   Allah then produced for them a statue of a calf that emitted a sound. So they said, "This is your Allah and the Allah of Musa, but he had forgotten!"]

9:31.  They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their Rabb besides Allah, and the Messiah son of Maryam, while they were commanded to worship none but One Allah  none has the right to be worshiped but Allah. Glorified is Allah they from all that they ascribe to  Allah as partners.

9:32.  They want to extinguish Allah's Light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow except that Allah Light should be perfected even though the disbelievers hate it.

9:33.  Allah is the one who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the deen of truth, to make it superior over all deen even though the associate others with Allah (Mushrikin)dislike it.

[5:3. Prohibited for you are animals that die of themselves, blood, the meat of pigs, and animals dedicated to other than Allah. (Animals that die of themselves include those) strangled, struck with an object, fallen from a height, gored, attacked by a wild animal - unless you save your animal before it dies - and animals sacrificed on altars. Also prohibited is dividing the meat through a game of chance; this is an abomination. Today, the disbelievers have given up concerning (the eradication of) your deen (system); do not fear them and fear Me instead. Today, I have completed your deen (system), perfected My blessing upon you, and I have decreed Submission as the deen (system) for you. If one is forced by famine (to eat prohibited food), without being deliberately sinful, then Allah is Forgiver, Merciful.*

9:31. They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their Rabb besides Allah, and the Messiah son of Maryam, while they were commanded to worship none but One Allah  none has the right to be worshiped but Allah. Glorified is Allah they from all that they ascribe to  Allah as partners.”

13:31.  If there were a Quran/recitation with which mountains were moved, the earth were sliced, or the dead were made to speak with it, Allah is all matters. Did not those who acknowledge know that if Allah wished He would have guided all the people? As for those who reject, until Allah promise comes true, a disaster will continue to strike them or alight at near their homes because of what they do. Allah does not breach the appointment.

14:48.  The day the earth is replaced with another earth, as are the heavens, and they will appear before Allah, the One, the Irresistible.

18:48.  They are displayed before your Rabb as a column: "You have come to Us as We had created you the first time. No, you claimed We would not make an appointment for you!"

41:53.  We will show them Our signs in the horizons, and within themselves, until it becomes clear to them that this is the truth. Is it not enough that your Rabb is witness over all things?

48:28.  Allah is the One who sent His messenger with the guidance and the system of truth, so that it would expose all other systems. Allah is sufficient as a witness.

51:20.  In the earth are signs for those who reason.

61:8.  They wish to put out Allah light with their mouths. But Allah will continue with Allah light, even if the ingrates dislike it.

The Qur’anic Deen will prevail over all religions.

This refers to Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism and all other forms of ‘Isms’ and religion, including the sects that are now present in the name of Islam. Please remember that no sect can be considered Islamic. DEEN in the Sight of God is nothing but Al-Islam 5:3.

But next to religions, the Qur’anic System of Life will also dominate and prevail over all manmade political and social systems such as Communism, Atheism, Secularism, Secular Democracy, Despotism, Theocracy, Monarchy, all “isms” such as “Humanism” Socialism, Idol worship in any form, Sufism and Capitalism. This will happen as humanity, after the centuries old, protracted toil of trial and error will come to intellectually realize, and accept the Supremacy of the Final Testament, Al-Qur’an]

9:34.  O you who believe! Verily, there are many of the Ahbar (rabbis) and the Ruhban (monks) who devour the wealth of mankind in falsehood, and hinder (them) from the way of Allah. And those who hoard up gold and silver and do not spend it in the way of Allah, announce unto them a painful punishment.

[Ahbaar = Clergy of any religion. Ruhbaan = Monks, Yogis and Sufis]

9:35.  On the Day when that will be heated in the fire of Hell and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs,  “This is the treasure which you hoarded for yourselves. Now taste of what you used to howard.”

9:36.  Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so it was ordained by Allah on the Day when Allah created the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred. That is the right system(aldeen), so do not wrong  yourselves in them, and fight against those who setup partners (Mushrikin) collectively as they fight against you collectively. But know that Allah is with those who have  righteous(Taqwa).

[2:193-195.And fight them so there is no more persecution, and so that the system is for Allah.

And spend in the cause of Allah, but do not throw your resources to disaster. And do good, for Allah loves those who do good.

Mankind, through international treaties, must agree to shun all kind of warfare during these four months. This will give them a cooling off period that sense may prevail over emotions. Four Sacred Months for peacetime

2:194.The restricted month may be met within the restricted month, and what is unlawful may be met with retaliation. Whoever attacks you, then you shall attack him the same as he attacked you; and be aware of Allah, and know that Allah is with the righteous.

9:1.  Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allah and His Messenger  towards those of the Pagans(Mushrikin), with whom you made a treaty.

From the 12th lunar month of Pilgrimage to the third month]

9:37.  Altering the Sacred Month is only an addition to disbelief: thereby the disbelievers are led astray, for they make it lawful one year and forbid it another year in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah, and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their deeds is made fair-seem pleasing to them. Allah does not guide those who choose to reject the truth (disbelievers).

9:38.  O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, you cling heavily to the earth. Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But the enjoyment of this worldly life compared to the Hereafter is nothing.

9:39.  If you not go forth, Allah will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another nation. You cannot harm Him at all, and Allah  has power able to do all things.

[Only the competent nations live honorably on earth.

21:105.  We have written in the scriptures (alzzaboor): 'After the reminder, the earth will be inherited by My servants will inherit the earth.

24:55.  Allah promises those among you who acknowledge and promote reforms, that He will make them successors on earth, as He made successors of those before them, He will enable for them their system which He has approved for them, and He will substitute security for them in place of fear, that they serve Me and do not associate anything with Me. As for those who reject after that, they are the transgressors. ]

9:40.  If you not help him, Allah helped him. when the disbelievers drove him out, the second of the two; When they were both in the cave, he said to his companion: “Do  not grieve, surely, Allah is with us.” Then Allah sent down Allah (Sakinah) (calmness, tranquility, peace) upon him, and supported him with forces  which you did not see, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the Word of Allah that became the highest; And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

9:41.  Go forth lightl or heavy, and strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah. This is best for you, if you but knew.

9:42.  Had there been immediate gain and an easy journey, they would have followed you, but the distance was long for them; and they will swear by Allah: “If we could have, we would  have come with you.” They destroy themselves, and Allah knows that they are surely liars.

9:43.  May Allah forgive you. Why did you grant them permission stay behind, before you could distinguish those who are truthful from the liars.

[The permission gave the hypocrites an excuse to stay back]

9:44.  Those who truly believe in Allah and the Last Day, Do not ask you for exemption from striving with their wealth and their lives; And Allah is the All-Knower of those who have righteous.

9:45.  It is only those ask your leave, who do not truly believe in Allah and the Last Day and whose hearts are in doubt. So in their doubts they waver.

9:46.  And if they had wished to go out, certainly, they would have made some preparation for it; but Allah disliked to their being sent forth, so He made them lag behind, and it was said to them: “Stay behind with those who are sitting back.

9:47.  If they Had they gone with you, they would have increased you except in confusion, and they would have been active among you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried -- and there are some among you who would have listened to them. And Allah is the All-Knower of the wrongdoers.

9:48.  They had sought  to create dissension among you before, and raised difficulties  for you, They  did that  until the truth  came  and the decree of Allah became manifest the order of Allah  while they hated it.

9:49.  And among them is he who says: “Grant me leave and put me not into trial.” Surely, they have fallen into trial. And Hell will surely surround the disbelievers.

9:50.  If some good comes to you, it distresses them, and if  calamity befalls you, they say: “We took our precaution beforehand,” and they turn away while they are rejoicing.

MUSLIMS SAY THE QURAN IS NOT DETAILED OR ELABORATED

Muslims say the Quran is not detailed or elaborated, BUT Allah says:

Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Acquainted. (11:1)

And they do not come to you with an argument except that We bring you the truth and the best explanation. (25:33)

We have certainly brought them a Book which We explained with knowledge—a guide and mercy for those who believe. (7:52)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

And this (is the) way (of) your Lord - straight. Certainly We have detailed the Verses for a people who take heed. (6:127)

A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur’an for a people who know, (41:3)

Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail? (6:114)

He sets forth to you an example from yourselves. Is for you among what possess your right hands any partners in what We have provided you so you in it (are) equal, you fear them as you fear yourselves? Thus We explain the Verses for a people (who) use reason. (30:28)

Only (the) example (of) the life … flourished yesterday. Thus We explain the Signs for a people who reflect. (10:24)

And thus We explain the Signs that they (may) say, "You have studied," and that We (may) make it clear for a people who know. (6:105)

Thus we detail the revelations, that haply they may return (7:174)

It is then, up to Us, to make it all clear (75:19)

Muslims say the Quran does not contain the examples, BUT Allah says:

And verily We have explained to mankind in this Quran from every example, but refused most (of) the mankind except disbelief. (17:89)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

Muslims say the the Quran is not complete, requiring additional sources to be associated with it, BUT Allah says:

And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled / completed in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (6:115)

And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book (Quran) a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. (6:38)

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (12:111)

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims. (16:89)

Muslims say the Sunnah and Hadith are completely separate concepts from the Quran, but Allah says:

---Contains Hadith---

4:87, 7:185, 12:111, 18:6, 31:6, 39:23, 45:6, 52:34, 56:81, 68:44, 77:50

And whose HADITH is more truthful than ALLAH'S? (4:87)

Then in which HADITH after this will they believe? (7:185)

This is not a fabricated HADITH, but a confirmation of what is before it, and a detailed explanation of everything, and a guide and a mercy to a people acknowledging. (12:111)

Then perhaps you are going to worry yourself to death chasing after them if they do not believe in this HADITH. (18:6)

And among the people there are those who purchase baseless HADITHS to divert from the way of God without knowledge, making mockery of it. (31:6)

Allah has sent down the best HADITH: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration... (39:23)

These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what HADITH after Allah and His verses will they believe? (45:6)

Then let them bring a HADITH like it, if they are truthful. (52:34)

Is it then this HADITH that you are ridiculing (56:81)

So leave those who deny this HADITH to Me. We will proceed against them gradually, from whence they do not know. (68:44)

In what HADITH beyond this will they believe? (77:50)

---Contains Sunnah---

4:26, 17:77, 33:38, 33:62, 35:43, 40:85, 48:23

ALLAH wishes to make His laws clear to you and to guide you towards the righteous ways of those who preceded you. He wishes to redeem you. He is all-knowing and all-wise. (4:26)

Nothing has changed. It was this SUNNAH with the messengers that We sent before you. You will find no changes in Our SUNNAHS. (17:77)

The Prophet should not have any uneasiness about that which God has ordained for him since this is ALLAH’s SUNNAH with those [prophets] who passed away before. God’s will is absolute destiny. (33:38)

This has been ALLAH’s SUNNAH with those who went before, and you will not find any change in the SUNNAH of ALLAH. (33:62)

because of their arrogance on Earth and their evil schemes. Yet evil schemes overwhelm only those who plot them. Do they expect anything different, given what happened to earlier people? You will never find any change in the SUNNAH of ALLAH, and you will never find any deviation in His SUNNAH. (35:43)

But believing after seeing Our might did not help them at all. This has been God’s SUNNAH of dealing with His worshipers, and those who denied the truth were lost, then and there. (40:85)

Such is God’s SUNNAH which is ongoing. You will never find any change in God’s SUNNAH. (48:23)

God wishes to make His laws clear to you and to guide you towards the righteous SUNNAH of those who preceded you. He wishes to redeem you. He is all-knowing and all-wise. (4:26)

Muslims say that the God/Quran is not sufficient, but Allah says:

Say, "Only (had) forbidden my Lord the shameful deeds what (is) apparent of it and what is concealed, and the sin, and the oppression without [the] right, and that you associate with Allah what not He has sent down of it any authority, and that you say about Allah what not do you know?" (7:33)

Say: Which thing is greater in testimony? Say: God is Witness between me and you. And this, the Quran, was revealed to me that I should warn you with it and whomever it reached. Truly, are you bearing witness that there are other gods with God? Say: I bear not such witness. Say: He is not but One God and I am, truly, free from partners you ascribe with Him. (6:19)

A Book has been revealed to you. Let it cause no anxiety in your heart, as you will use it to warn and remind the believers. (7:2)

Follow what has been sent down to you by your Lord, and follow no masters other than Him. How seldom do you remember! (7:3)

Is it the law of the days of ignorance that they seek to uphold? Whose law is better than God's for those who have attained certainty? (5:50)

Therefore, go on inviting them and stay the course as you have been commanded. Do not follow their whims and desires but say, "I have believed in what God has sent down of the Book, and I have been commanded to judge equitably between you. God is our Lord and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds. Let there be no quarrel between us and you. God will bring us all together, and to Him is the ultimate return." (42:15)

Those who do not believe in the Hereafter give the angels female names, (53:27)

they have no knowledge of this. They only follow guesswork. Guesswork is no substitute at all for the Truth. (53:28)

Say, "Who among those 'partners-gods' you associated with Him guides you to the Truth?" Say, "It is God who guides to the Truth. Which is more worthy to be followed; He who guides you to the Truth, or he who cannot find the path unless he's guided? What is the matter with you? How do you judge?" (10:35)

Indeed, that is My Path—perfectly straight. So follow it and do not follow other ways, for they will lead you away from His Way. This is what He has commanded you, so that you may become righteous. (6:153)

If they are told "Follow what God has revealed," they say, "Rather We will follow what we found our fathers doing," even though their fathers did not understand anything and were not guided. (2:170)

Say, "People of the Book, do not overstep the bounds of Truth in your religious beliefs. Do not follow the whims of the people who went astray before you. They have led many others astray, and they continue to stray from the right path." (5:77)

Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allāh with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allāh; and I am not of those who associate others with Him." (12:108)

We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences. (5:48)

And judge between them ˹O Prophet˺ by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware, so they do not lure you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. If they turn away ˹from Allah’s judgment˺, then know that it is Allah’s Will to repay them for some of their sins, and that many people are indeed rebellious. (5:49)

Is it the judgment of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance they seek? Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith? (5:50)

When they are told, "Turn to God's revelation and the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turn away from you in disgust. (4:61)

And when Our clear messages are recited to them, those who have no hope of meeting with Us say: Bring a Qur’ån other than this or change it. Say: It is not for me to change it of my own accord. I follow naught but what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the chastisement of a grievous day. (10:15)

And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before this, they would have said, "Our Lord, if You had only sent us a messenger, we could have followed Your signs before we were humiliated and disgraced." (20:134)

SURAH AL AARAF 101 - 206

QURAN TAFSIR (QURAN AS IT EXPLAIN ITSELF)

In the Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

7:101.   These are the towns whose news We told to you; their messengers had come to them with clear proofs, but they would not believe in what they had denied before. It is such that Allah seal over the hearts of the disbelievers..

7:102.  And We did not find most of them any covenant , rather, We found most of them defiently disobedient.

[17:70. And We have honored the Children of Adam and carried them in the land and the sea, and We have provided for them of the good things, and We have preferred them over many of those We created in a marked preference.]

7:103.  Then after them We sent Musa with Our signs to Pharaoh and his commanders. But they did wrong in them, so see how is the end of the miachief makers.

7:104.  And Musa said: "O Firaun, I am a messenger from the Rabb of the universe."

7:105.  "It is not proper for me to say about Allah except the truth; I have come to you with a proof from your Rabb. So send with me the Children of Israel."

7:106.He said: "If you have come with a sign then bring it, if you are of the truthful?"

7:107.  So Musa threw his rod, and suddenly it was a veritable serpent.

7:108.  And he drew out his hand, and it appeared luminous pure white for the beholders.

[20:17-21.  "And what is in your right hand O Musa?"

Musa  said: "It is my staff, I lean on it, and I guide my sheep with it, and I have  many other uses for it."Said: "Throw it down O Musa."So he threw it down, and it became a moving snake! Said: "Seize it and do not be fear, We will return it to its previous former state."]

7:109.  The commanders from among the people of Firaun said: "This is a knowledgeable magician!"

7:110."He want to drive you out from your land; so what is your instruct?"

7:111.They said: "Delay him and his brother, and send gatherers to the cities."

7:112. "They will come to you with every knowledgeable magician(Sihr)."

[Saahir from Sihr = Magician, liar, stunningly eloquent, smart poet, deceitful, trickster, cheater, defrauder, dodger, hoaxer, swindler]

7:113. And the magicians came to Firawn, they said: "We require a reward if we are the victors."

7:114.He said: "Yes, and you will be made close to me.

7:115.They said: "O Moses, either you throw, or we will throw?"

7:116.  He(musa) said: "You throw." So when they threw they bewitched the eyes of the people, and instilled terror in them, and they produced a great magic.

7:117.   And We inspired to Musa: "Throw down your staff;" and suddenly it swallowed what they were falsfied.

[Asaa = Staff = Cane = Strength = Conviction = Authority = Power = Strong logic = Convincing argument]

7:118.   So the truth was established, and what they were doing was falsified.

7: 119. So they were  defeated there and  Humiliated.

7:120.And the magicians went down prostrating.

7:121. They said: "We believe in the Rabb of the worlds."

7:122."The Rabb of Musa and Harun."

7:123. Firaun said: "Have you become believers before I have given you permission? This is surely some plot which you have plotted in the city to drive its people out; But soon you will  know."

7:124."I will cut off your hands and feet from alternate sides, then I will crucify you all."

[Cutting off the hands and feet on the alternate side refers to immobilizing a person, otherwise crucifixion would not be necessary.

20:71. He said: "Have you believed to him before taking my permission? He is surely your great one who has taught you magic. So, I will cut off your hands and feet from alternate sides, and I will crucify you on the trunks of the palm trees, and you will come to know which of us is more punishment and more lasting!"

26:49.  He said: "Have you believed unto him before I permitted you? He is surely your great one who has taught you magic. So you shall come to know, I will cut off your hands and feet from alternate sides, and I will crucify you all."

38:12.  Disbelieving before them were the people of Nuh, 'Aad, and  Firaun the owner of  stakes.]

7:125.They said: "Surely we are determined to turn to our Rabb ."

7:126. "Yyou are only seeking revenge on us because we believed in the signs of our Rabb when they came to us. Our Rabb, provide us with patience, and let us die as submitters (Muslimeen)."

[2:250. When they came forth to Jalut and his soldiers, they said, "Our Rabb grant us patience, and make firm our foothold, and give us victory over the disbelieving people."]

7:127. And the commanders from among the people of Firaun said: "Will you let Musa and his people corrupt the land, and abandon you and your gods?" He said: "We will kill their children and spare their women; we are in power over them."

7:128.  Musa said to his people: "Seek help from Allah, and be patient; the earth is for Allah, He will inherit it to whom He pleases of His servants; and the end will be for the righteous (against evil)."

[21:105. We have written in the Scripture: 'After the reminder, the earth will be inherited by My righteous slaves who do good.']

7:129. They said: "We were being harmed before you came to us and since you have come to us." He said: "Perhaps your Rabb will destroy your enemy, and make you successors in the earth, Then will see what kind of works you do.”?

7:130. And We afflicted the people of Firaun with years of drought, and a shortage in crops, they should have stopped to think..

7:131.  When any good came to them, they said: "This is ours," and when any bad afflicted them, they blamed it on Musa and those with him. Their blame is with Allah, but most of them do not know.

7:132. And they said: "No matter what you bring us of a sign to bewitch us with, we will never believe in you."

7:133. So We sent them the flood, and the locust, and the lice, and the frogs, and the blood; all detailed signs; but they turned arrogant, they were a criminal people.

7:134. And when the punishment befell them, they said: "O Musa, call on your Rabb for what He has pledged with you, that if you remove this punishment from us, then surely we will believe in you and surely we will send with you the Children of Israel."

7:135. So when We removed  the punishment from them for a fixed term, they broke their word.

7:136. So We took retribution from them. We drowned them in the sea, because they denied  Our Ayat, and were heedless with them.

7:137. And We made the people who were considered weak to inherit  the eastern parts of the land and the western parts thereof which We have blessed. And the good word of your Rabb was fulfilled for  the Children of Israel because of their patience. And We destroyed what Firaun and his people were doing, and what they erected.

7:138.  And We brought the Children of Israel cross the sea, then they came unto a people who were given to idols which they had. They said: "O Musa, make for us a god even as they have gods." He said: "You are an ignorant people!"

7:139. "These people are destroyed for that which they are engaged in (idols worship), and all that they are doing is in vain."

7:140. He said: "Shall I seek for you an ilah(god)  other than Allah. While he has given you superiority over the worlds?"

7:141. .And When we  saved you from the people of Firaun, they were afflicting you with the worst tormen, kill your sons and letting  your women live. And in that was a great trial from your Rabb.

[Abna = Sons = Strong ones. Nisaa = Females = Women = Weak ones.*

Yastahyoon carries the connotation of ‘letting live’ as well as ‘in shame’.

Yasoomoon = Selecting, choosing. This is what a tyrannical system does.

2:49. And  when we saved you from the people of Firaun, who were afflicting you with the worst punishment; they used to slaughter your sons, and sparing your women, and therein was a great trial from your Rabb.

27:34. She said: "When the kings enter a town they destroy it and make its most honorable among its people the lowest. And thus they do."

28:4. Firaun became mighty in the land, and he turned its people into factions; he oppressed a group of them by killing their children and letting  their women. He was of those who corrupted.

40:25.  Then, when he brought them the  truth from Us, they said: "Kill with him the sons  of those who believe with him, and sapre their women." But the plots of the rejecters is always in error.

Balaaun: Turn of events. Wa fi zalikum points to saving mentioned early in the verse]

7:142.  And We set a meeting for Musa in thirty nights, and We complemented them with ten more, so was appointed time of his Rabb was set at forty nights. And Musa said to his brother Haron: "Replace me among my people act in the right way, and do not follow the path of the corrupters."

[2:51. And We appointed a meeting time for Musa of forty nights, but then you took the calf after him while you were wrongdoers]

7:143.  So when Musa came to Our appointed place, and his Rabb spoke to him, he said: "My Rabb, let me look upon you." He said: "You will not see Me, but look upon the mountain, if it stays in its place then you will see Me." So when his Rabb revealed Himself to the mountain, He caused it to crumble; thus Musa fell down unconscious. When he recovered  his senses, he said: "Glory to You, I repent to You and I am the first of the believers."

7:144.  He said: "O Musa, I have chosen you over the people with My message and My words; so take what I have given you and be among the thankful."

7:145.  And We wrote for him on the tablets from all things a lesson, and the explanation  for all things (and said). Take it with strength and order your people to take the better therein. I shall show you the home of the defiantly disobedient.

[39:18. Those who listen to the word, and  follow the best  thereof , Those are the ones whom Allah has guided, and those are men of understanding.]

7:146.  I will turn away from My Verse ( Ayat ) those who are arrogant on the earth without right, and if they see every verse (Ayat)  they do not believe in it. And if they see the way of guidance they will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error, they will adopt that way. That is because they have rejected Our Verse (Ayat) and were heedless of them.

7:147. And those who deny Our Verse ( Ayat)  and the meeting of the Hereafter, their works are fruitless. Are they requited with anything except for what they used to do?

7:148.  And the people of Musa, in his absence, made from their ornaments a sculpture of a calf that emitted a cry. Did they not see that it could not speak to them, nor guide them to the way? They took it(idol worship) and they were wrongdoers.

7:149.  And when they realized what their hands had done, and they saw that they had gone astray, they said: "If our Rabb have not mercy upon us and forgive us, Surely we will be of the losers!"

7:150.  And when Musa returned to his people, angry and grieved, he said: "Miserable is what you have done after I was gone; do you wish to hasten the action of your Rabb?" And he cast down the tablets, and took his brother by his head dragging him towards him. He said: "Son of my mother, the people overpowered me and nearly killed me, so do not make the enemies rejoice over me, and do not make me with the wrongdoers people."

[20:86. So Musa returned to his people angry and disappointed. He said: "O My people, did not your Rabb promise you a good promise? Has the waiting for the pledge been too long, or did you desire that  wrath should descend from your Rabb on you? That you broke your promise to me."

Seizing the beard and head is indicative of interrogating harshly. Aaron had been extra patient with their idolatry to avoid division among them

20:94. He said: "O son of my mother, do not seize (me) not by my beard nor by my head. I feared lest you should say:  You have caused  a division among the Children of Israel, and you are not respected my word."

Haron, the Prophet of Allah, preferred Shirk over Sectarianism.

*This is how reprehensible sectarianism and division in religion is]

7:151.  He said: "My Rabb, forgive me and my brother, and admit us in Your mercy; and you are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy."

7:152.  Those who took the calf will be dealt with a wrath from their Rabb and a humiliation in this worldly life. It is such that We recompense those who invent a lie.

7:153.  As for those who commit evil deeds and then repent afterwards and believe; your Rabb after that is oftForgiving, Most Merciful.

7:154.  And when the anger of  Musa calmed, he took the tablets; and in its inscription was  guidance and  mercy for those who fear their Rabb.

7:155.  And Musa selected from his people seventy men for Our appointed time; so when the earthquake seized them, he said: "My Rabb, if You wished You could have destroyed them before this, and me as well. Will you destroy us for what the foolish among us have done? It is all Your test, You let go astray those will go to astray and You guide those who will to be guude. You are our Protector, so forgive us and have mercy on us; You are the Best of those who Forgive."

[2:55. And you said: "O Musa, we will not believe you until we see Allah openly!" So the lightning strike took you while you were still staring.]

7:156.  "And decree for us good in this life, and in the Hereafter; we have been guided towards You." Allah said: "My punishment, I afflict with it whom I chose, and My mercy encompasses all things. I will thus decree it for those who live upright and contribute towards purification(zakat) , and those who believe in Our verses."

7:157. " Those who follow the unlettered messenger prophet, whom they find written  in the Taurat and the injeel; he commands them to do good, and prohibits them from evil and he makes lawful for them the good things, and he makes unlawful for them the evil things, and he removes their burden and the shackles that are upon them. So those who believe in him, and support him, and help him persevere, and follow the light that was sent down with him; these are the successful ones."

7:158.  Say: "O Mankind, I am a messenger of Allah  to you all. The One who has the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, there is no god except;Allah , He gives life and causes death." So believe in Allah and His messengers, the prophet unlettered the one who believes in Allah and Allah words; and follow him that you will perhaps have  guidance".

7:159.  Among the people of Musa  there are those  who  would guide in the way of  truth and act justly in its light.

7:160.  And We divided them into twelve tribes nations; and We inspired Musa when his people wanted to water: "Strike the stone with your stick," thus twelve springs burst out of it. Each people then knew from where place to water . And We shaded them with clouds and We sent down to them manna and quail: "Eat from the good things that We have provided for you." They did not wrong Us, but it was their souls that they wronged.

[2:60. And Musa was seeking water for his people, so We said: "Strike the stone with your staff." Thus twelve springs exploded out of it; each people then knew from where to drink. "Eat and drink from the provisions of Allah, and do not roam the earth as corrupters."

3:7. He is the One who sent down to you the Book, from which there are lawgiving revelations; they are the essence of the Book; and others which are of a similatude. As for those who have a disease in their hearts, they will follow that which is of a similatude, seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except Allah, and those who are well founded in knowledge; they say: "We believe in it, all is from our Rabb." And none will remember except those who possess intelligence.]

7:161.  When they were told: "Reside in this city and eat  as you wish, and say: "Repentance  and enter the gate by prostrating yoiurselves (sujjadan) and  We will forgive for you your wrongdoings, and We will increase for the good doers."

7:162. Those who were wronged among them changed the word which was said to them ; so We sent upon them an torment  from the sky their wrong deeds.

[2:59.But the wronged altered what was said to them to a different saying, thus We sent down upon the wronged an affliction from the heavens for what  they were definitely disobeying in.

5:22.They said: "O Musa! In it are a people of great strength, and we shall never enter it, till they leave it; when they leave, then we will enter.

7:134.  And when the punishment befell them, they said: "O Musa, call on your Rabb for what He has pledged with you, that if you remove this punishment from us, then surely we will believe in you and surely we will send with you the Children of Israel."

8:11.when He covered you with a slumber as a security from Him, and He caused water (rain) to descend on you from the sky, to clean you thereby and to remove from you the Rijz (whispering or dirt) of Shaitan, and to strengthen your hearts, and make your feet firm thereby.

29:34.  "Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this town a great punishment from the sky, because they have been evil deeds (against Allah command."

34:5.  But those who strive against Our verse to frustrate them -- those, for them will be a severe painful torment. ]

7:163.  And ask them about the town which was by the sea, and they had violated the Sabbath; their big  fish would come to them openly on the day of their Sabbath, and when they are not in Sabbath, they do not come to them. Thus we made a trial of them, bcause of their evil deeds( against Allah command).

7:164. And when said  the community among them. "Why do you preach to a people whom Allah will destroy them  or to punish with a severe  punishment?" They said: "we preach to them for we are responsible in the sight of your Rabb and  that  they may become righteous"

7:165.  So when they forgot that which they were reminded with it, We saved those who forbade evil, and We seized who those who did wronged with a punishment because of their evil deeds( against Allah command).

7:166.  So when they exceeded the limits of what they were prohibited. We said to them: "Be despised, apes!"

7:167.And when  your Rabb declared that He would send upon them, until the Day of Resurrection, those who would inflict severe punishments on them. Your Rabb is quick in retribution and He is surely Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

7:168.  And We divided them into nations on the earth some are the righteous and  other or not. We tested them with good things and hardship so that they might return (to Allah ( the right path).

7:169.  Then, a generation came after them who inherited the Book, but they choose  the good of this low life saying: "It will be forgiven for us." And if they continue offer of the like (evil pleasure of this world)  came their way,  they would (again) seize them; was not the covenant of the Book taken on them that they would only say the truth about Allah, and they studied its contents well?  The life Hereafter is better for those the pious ones. Do you not understand?

7:170.  As for those who hold fast to the Book, and they hold the salat; We shall never waste the reward of those who do righteous deeds.

7:171.  And  when We raised(Nataqna) the mountain over them as if it had been a canopy, and they thought that it was going to fall on them.  “Hold firmly to what We have given you , and remember that which is therein , so that you may fear Allah.”

7:172.  And  when your Rabb brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed and made them testify as to themselves : "Am I not your Rabb" They said: "Yes! We testify ,"lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "We were unaware of this."

7:173.  Or lest you  say: "It was only our fathers afore time who took others as partners in worship along with Allah, and we were  descendants after them; So will You then destroy us because of the deeds of men who practiced falsehood ".

[You will not be questioned what others used to do. No one will bear the load of another.

2:134.That is a nation that has passed away; to them is what they have earned, and to you is what you have earned; and you will not be asked regarding what they did.

39:7. If you disbelieve, then  Allah is free from need of you; Allah does not want disbelief for Allah servants. And if you are grateful, Allah will accept it from you. No one will be responsible for the sin of others. Then to your Rabb is your return, and Allah will inform you what you have done.  Allah is the All-Knower of that within the breasts.]

7:174.  Thus do We explain Our Verses in detail, so that they may return (to the straight path).

7:175.  And recite to them the story of him to whom We gave Our verses, but he threw them away; so Shaitan followed him up, and he became one of those who went astray.

7:176.  And had We willed, We would surely have elevated him there with, but he clung to the earthy life and followed his own evil (vain ) desires. So his example is like that  of  the dog:  who always has its tongue  hanging out whether you chase it away or i leave it alone, .Such is the example of the people who reject Our Verses. So relate the stories,  that they may reflect.

[If it had been Our will = If he chose Our laws of humiliation. Allah revelation lightens your burdens while manmade(other books) dogmas place burdens on you.

7:157. Those who follow the unlettered messenger prophet, whom they find written  in the Taurat and the injeel; he commands them to do good, and prohibits them from evil and he makes lawful for them the good things, and he makes unlawful for them the evil things, and he removes their burden and the shackles that are upon them. So those who believe in him, and support him, and help him persevere, and follow the light that was sent down with him; these are the successful ones."]

7:177.  Evil is the example of the people who rejected Our Verses, and have done injustice only to themselves.

7:178.  Whomsoever Allah guides, he is the guided one, and whomsoever He sends astray, -- then those! They are the losers.

[4:88. Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites Allah has cast them back for what they have earned. Do you want to guide  those whom Allah has made to go astray?,  you  will never find a guidance for those whom Allah has made to err.]

7:179.  And surely, We have created many of the Jinn and mankind for Hell. They have hearts but do not understand, and they have eyes but do not see , and they have ears do not hear (the truth). They are like cattle, nay even more astray; Those they are the headless ones.

[Cattle are at least guided by their natural instincts. 'Ghaafiloon' = Those who let the life pass by unaware of its potentials = Neglectful = Unaware = Careless.*

67:10.  They will also say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we would not have been among the dwellers of the blazing Fire! ]

7:180.  Allah has the Most Beautiful Names, so call on Him by them, and leave the company of those who practice deviation concerning Allah names. They will be recompensed for what they are used to do.

[4:171. O people of the book, do not overstep in your system, nor say about Allah except the truth. Isa the son of Mary was no more than Allah messenger and the fulfillment of His word to Maryam, and an inspiration from Him. So acknowledge Allah and His messengers, and do not say, "Trinity." Cease, for it is better for you. Ilah is only One Allah, be He glorified that He should have a son! To Him is all that is in the heavens and what is in the earth. Allah is enough as a caretaker.

17:110. Say: "Invoke Allah or invoke Ar-Rahman (the Most Gracious), by whatever name you invoke Him (it is the same), for to Him belong the Best Names. And offer your Salah (prayer)neither aloud nor in a low voice, but follow a way between.

41:40.  Those who deviate Our Ayat are not hidden from us. Is he who is cast into the Fire better or he who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection?  Do whatever you will. Allah is All-Seer of what you do.]

7:181.  And of those whom We have created, there is a nation who guides with the truth, and  thereby establishes justice.

7:182. Those who reject Our verses, We will gradually lead them with from where they do not know.

7:183. And I will encourage to them; My plan is firm.

7:184.  Do they not reflect Their companion is not  possession by Jinn in their . He is  a clear warner.

[10:16. Say: "If Allah had so willed, I would have not recited it to you , nor  would you  have known about it. I have stayed among you a lifetime before it. Will you not, then, use your sense.?]

7:185. Do they not look at the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all things that Allah has created; And that it may be that the end of their lives is near. So In which Narrative (Hadith) after this one will they  believe.

7:186.Whoever Allah lets go astray, then there is no guide for him; And Allah leaves them blindly wandering in their transgression.

[2:15. Allah mocks at them, and leaves them to continue blindly in their transgression.]

7:187. They ask you about the Hour (Day of Resurrection): "When will be its appointed time" Say: "Its knowledge is with my Rabb (Alone).* *None can reveal its time except Allah. Heavy is its burden through the heavens and the earth. It will not come to you except suddenly.” They ask you, as if you have informed of it. Say: "Its knowledge is with Allah (Alone). But most of the people do not know."

[Only Allah Can Reveal the Time of the End; Messengers Are Humans Like You]

7:188. Say: “I have no power for myself any benefit or harm, except what Allah wills. If I knew the knowledge of the Ghayb (Unseen), surely I would have increased  my good fortune, and no harm would have come to me. I am but a warner, and a bearer of glad tidings unto  people who will believe.”

7:189. It is He Who has created you from a single soul, and made from its mate,  that he might enjoy the pleasure of living with her. When he covers her, she carries a light burden and continues with it,  And when it became heavy, they both invoked Allah their Rabb (saying): "If You give us a righteous  child(salihan), surely we will be among the grateful."

7:190.  But when He gaves them a righteous child (salihan), they setup partners with Allah in that what He had granted  them. Exalted is Allah above what they partner with Him.

7:191. Do they attribute as partners to Allah those who created nothing but they themselves are created.

7:192. And they cannot help them, nor can they help themselves.

7:193. And if you call them for guidance, they do not follow you. It is the same for them whether you call them or you remain silent.

7:194. Those whom you call upon besides Allah are slaves like you. So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you are truthful.

7:195. Do they (idols) feet to walk, hands to hold,  eyes to see and ears to hear ?Say “Call upon your idols and your so called partners of Allah, and then scheme against me  and give me no respite!

7:196. My protector is Allah Who has revealed the Book (the Qur’an), and Allah protects the righteous.

7:197. And those whom you call upon besides Allah, has no power to help you, nor can they help themselves.

7:198. And if you call them to guidance, they do not hear. And you see them looking at you, yet they do not see.”

7:199. Resort to pardon, and enjoin  the good, and turn away from the ignorant.

7:200. And if an evil whisper comes to you from Shaytan, then seek refuge with Allah. Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.

7:201. Those who are aware, when an evil thought comes to them from Shaytan, they remember , and then can see.

7:202. But their brothers they (the devils) plunge them deeper into error, and they never stop cease.

7:203.  And if you do not bring them a miracle, they say: "Why have you not brought it" Say: "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Rabb. This (the Qur'an) is an evidences from your Rabb, and a guidance and a mercy to a people who believe.”

7:204. And when the Qur'an is recited then listen to it, and pay attention that you may receive mercy.

7:205.  And remember your Rabb within yourself  humbly and fear and without the loudness in words in the mornings and in the evening, and do not be those who are neglectful.

7:206. Surely, those who are with your Rabb are never too proud to perform acts of serve Allah and  they glorify Allah and  prostrate  themselves before Allah (alone).

SURAH AL ANFAAL

QURAN TAFSIR ( QURAN AS IT EXPLAIN ITSELF)

SURAH AL ANFAAL (THE SPOIL OF WAR)

In the Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

8:1. They ask you about  the spoils of war(from the enemies). Say: "The spoils of war(Al-Anfal) belongs to Allah and the  Messenger." So have fear of Allah commands and settle all matters of difference among you, and obey Allah and His Messenger, if you are believers.*

[Allah and the Messenger = The Central Authority. After the exalted Messenger, the Central Authority of the truly Islamic State will equitably allocate all funds at their disposal]

*8:2. The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when Allah Verses (Ayat) are recited unto them, they increase their faith; and they put their trust in their Rabb.*

*8:3. Who perform the Salat and spend out of what We have provided them.*

*8:4. Those are the  true believers. They have high ranks with their Rabb, and forgiveness and a generous provision.*

*8:5. As your Rabb caused you to go out from your home with the truth; but a party from among the believers disliked it.*

*8:6. They argue with you about the truth after it had become manifest, as if they were being driven towards death, while they were watching.*

*8:7.  And  when Allah promised you  that one of the two parties, that it would be yours; you wished that the one not armed would be yours, but Allah willed to justify the truth by Allah's Words and to cut off the roots of the disbelievers.*

*8:8. That He might prove the truth to triumph and bring falsehood to nothing, even though the criminals disliked it.*

*8:9. when you were seeking help of your Rabb and answered to you : "I will help you with a thousand of the angels following one upon another!.*

*8:10. Allah made it only as glad tiding, and that your hearts be at rest therewith. And there is no victory except from Allah. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.*

*8:11. when Allah covered you with a slumber as a security from Allah, and Allah caused water to descend on you from the sky, to clean you thereby and to remove from you  evil suggestion of Shaytan, and to strengthen your hearts, and make your feet firm thereby.*

*8:12. When your Rabb revealed to the angels, "I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers."

[Fawq al-a’naaq and Kulla banan are exactly similar allegories as we find in*

*47:4.So, when you meet those who have rejected, then strike the necks until you overcome them. Then bind them securely. You may either set them free or ransom them, until the war ends. That, and had Allah willed, he alone could have beaten them, but to tests you by one another. As for those who get killed in the cause of Allah, He will never let their deeds be put to waste.]

*8:13. That is because they have  disobeyed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, then, Allah is severe in punishment.*

*8:14. This taste it; And that for the disbelievers is the punishment of the Fire.*

*8:15. O you who believe! When you meet those who disbelieve in battle, never turn your backs to them.*

*8:16. And whoever turns his back to them on such a day -- unless it be a stratagem of war, or to join his own troops, he has drawn upon himself wrath of Allah. And his abode is Hell, a miserable destination!*

*8:17. You killed them not, but Allah killed them. And you threw not when you did throw, but Allah threw, that Allah might test the believers by a fair trial from Allah. Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.*

*8:18. This is the case and that Allah is one  makes weak the plan of the disbelievers.*

*8:19. If you ask for a victory, has  come to you the victory; and if you cease ,  then it will be good for you, and if you return, but if you return, and  never will your community will be of any avail to you, even if they are numerous; and , Allah is with the believers.*

*8:20. O you who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not turn away from Allah while you are hear.*

*8:21.And do not be like those who say: that they hear, while they do not hear.*

*8:22. The worst of living creatures with Allah are the deaf and the dumb ,those who do not use this intellect.*

*[2:18.Deaf, dumb and blind of reason! They will not return to journey in the right direction.

16:76. Allah tells a parable about two men. One of them is dumb and useless and a burden on his friend. Wherever he goes, he returns with nothing. Can he be considered equal to the one who maintains justice and follows the right path? ]*

*8:23. If  Allah had known of any good in them, He would  have made them hear; and even if He had made them hear, they would have turned away with aversion.*

[The perceptual and conceptual faculties, both must be used for understanding and attaining guidance.

17:36. And do not follow, what you do not know; the hearing, eyesight and heart all those will be about it questioned.]

*8:24. O you who believe! Respond  to Allah and Messenger when the Messenger calls you to that which will give you life, and know that Allah comes between a man and his heart. And  that to Him you will be gathered.*

[53:24.Can the human being have whatever he wishes?  “Intervene” = His guidance can prevent people from acting on their evil desires and lead them to the right path]

*8:25. And beaware the  temptation to evil(Fitnah) which does not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong, and know that Allah is severe in retribution.*

*8:26. And remember when you were few and  helpless in the earth, and were afraid that people do away with you, but Allah provided a safe place for you, strengthened you with Allah help, and provided you with good things (for livelihood) so that you might have cause to be grateful.*

*8:27. O you who believe! Do not  Betray Allah and His Messenger, nor betray  your trust while you know.*

*8:28. And know that your wealth and your children are  a test for you. And that with Allah  there is a greatest reward.*

*8:29. O you who believe! If you obey and fear of Allah, He will grant you Guidance(Furqan), and will remove for your bad deeds, and forgive you; and Allah is limitless of great bounty.*

8:30.And when the disbelievers plotted against to imprison you, or to kill you, or drive you out; they were planning and  Allah also was planning; and Allah is the best of planners.

*8:31. And when Our verses are recited to them, they say: "We have heard (the Qur'an); if we wish we can say the like of this. This is nothing but the tales of the ancients."*

*8:32. And when they said: "O Allah! If this (the Qur'an) is the truth (revealed) from You, then rain down stones on us from the sky or bring on us a painful punishment."*

*8:33. But Allah would not punish them while you are among them, Allah will not punish them while they seek (Allah) forgiveness.*

*8:34.  And why should not Allah punish them while they hinder people from Al-Masjid Al-Haram, and they are not its guardians? None can be its guardians except those who are righteous, but most of them do not know.*

*8:35. Their Salah at the House(albayt) was nothing but Whistling and Clapping. Therefore taste the punishment because you used to denial of the truth.*

[2:125.And We have made the Sanctuary to be a model for the people and a security. And you shall take, from the station of ibrahim, a place for making the contact. And We entrusted to Ibrahim and Ismail: "You shall purify My Sanctuary for those who visit, and those who are devoted, and the kneeling, the prostrating."]

*8:36. Those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder people from the path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend it; but in the end it will become an anguish for them. Then they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve they will be gathered to Hell.*

*8:37. So that Allah might separate the bad from the good, and join the bad with one another, and link them all together and then place them in Hell.  They, they are the lost.*

*8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease, their past will be forgiven. But if they return , then the examples of those (unbelievers)who lived before you.*

8:39.  And fight them until there is no more oppression, and the  entire system(aldeen)for Allah alone. Then if they cease, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.*

[2:193. And fight them so there is no more persecution, and so that the system is for Allah. If they cease, then there will be no aggression except against the wicked.

12:108. Say:"This is my way, I invite to Allah in full disclosure, myself and whoever follows me. And glory be to Allah; and I am not of the polytheists."]

8:40.And if they turn away(from righteousness), then know that Allah is your protector --  and how excellent protector and how excellent helper!*

*8:41.And know that any spoils of war, one-fifth of it is assigned to Allah, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Criterion, the Day when the two forces met; and Allah has power to do all things.*

*8:42. When you  were on the near side of the valley, and they on the farther side, and the caravan on the ground lower than you. Even if you had made a mutual appointment to meet, you would certainly have failed in the appointment, but it was so that Allah might accomplish a matter already destined ,so that those who were to be destroyed those to be destroyed after a clear evidence, and those who were to survive would also survive after a clear knowledge of the truth. And surely, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.*

*8:43.  When Allah showed them to you as few in your dream; if He had shown them to you as many, you would have failed, and would have disputed in this matter. But Allah saved you. Allah is the All-Knower of what is in your hearts.*

*8:44.  And  when you met, Allah showed them to you as few in your eyes and Allah made you appear as few in their eyes, so that Allah might accomplish a matter already ordained, and to Allah return all matters are returned.*

[3:12.Say to those who have rejected: "You will be defeated and gathered towards Hell, what a miserable abode!"].

*8:45. O you who believe! When you meet a army, be firm and remember Allah much, so that you may be successful.*

[8:10.Allah made it only as glad tiding, and that your hearts be at rest therewith. And there is no victory except from Allah. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise. ]

*8:46. And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute; lest you lose courage and your strength departs, and be patient. Allah is with those who have patience.*

*8:47.And be not like those who come out of their homes boastfully and to be seen of people, and hinder them from the way of Allah; and Allah is  encompassing (Muhit) all their doings.

*8:48.  And when Shaytan made their (evil) deeds work for them, and said, "No one of mankind can overcome you this day and I am your side" But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he ran away and said "I have nothing to do with you. I see what you do not see. I fear Allah and Allah is severe in punishment."*

*8:49. When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts are sick, say "These (believers)  deen has deceived them" But Those who trust in Allah- then, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

*8:50. And if you could see the angels taking the souls of the disbelieve away from the bodies; they smite their faces and their backs saying: "Taste the punishment of the blazing Fire.

*8:51."This is because of that which your hands forwarded. And Allah is not unjust to His servants."*

[3:182. This is for what their hands have delivered, and Allah does not wrong the servants.]

*8:52. Similar to the behavior of the people of Fir`awn, and of those before them -- they rejected the Ayat of Allah, so Allah took them for their sins.  Allah is All-Powerful, severe in punishment.*

*8:53. That is so because Allah will never change a grace which He has bestowed on a people until they change what is in themselves. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.*

[13:11. As if he has followers in his presence and behind him guarding him from Allah  command! Allah is not to change what is in a people until they change what is within themselves. If Allah wanted to harm a people, then there is no turning Him back, nor will they have any protector against Him]

*8:54. Similar to the behavior of the people of Fir`awn, and those before them. They denied the Ayat of their Rabb, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Fir`awn for they were all wrongdoers.*

*8:55. The worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who reject, -- for they do not believe.*

*8:56. The ones whom you made a covenant with them, but they break their covenant every time and they are not righteous.*

*8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, then disperse those who are follow them, so that they may remember.*

*8:58. If you afraid treachery from  people, throw back  to them  on equal manner. Allah does not love treacherous.*

*8:59.  And let not those who rejected think that they shall escaped. They will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's punishment).*

*8:60. Hence, make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy also, and others besides them, whom you do not know but  Allah knows well. Whatever you  spend for the cause of Allah, Allah will give  you sufficient and you shall not be wronged.*

*8:61.But if they incline to peace, you also incline to it, and trust in Allah. Allah is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.*

*8:62. And if they intend to deceive you, then  Allah will be All-Sufficient for you. Allah  will strengthen you with Allah supported you  with Allah victory and with the believers.*

*8:63.  And He has united their  hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have unite their hearts, but Allah has unite them. Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.*

*8:64. O Nabi ! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you.*

*8:65. O Nabi ! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons among you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who reject, because they are a people who do not understand.*

*8:66. Now Allah has lightened. Allah knows that you are weak. So if there are of you a hundred steadfast persons, they should overcome two hundred, and if there are a thousand of you, they shall overcome two thousand by the leave of Allah. And Allah is with those steadfast in adversity.*

*8:67. It is not for any Nabi to take prisoners unless he has battled strenuously on earth. You desire the goods of this world, but Allah desires  the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.*

*[ 47:4.So, if you encounter those who have rejected, then strike the control center until you overcome them. Then bind them securely. You may either set them free or ransom them, until the war ends. That, and had Allah willed, He alone could have beaten them, but He thus tests you by one another. As for those who get killed in the cause of Allah, Allah will never let their deeds be put to waste.*

90:13.It is the setting free of a slave]

*8:68. Had it not been for  a  previous ordainment from Allah, a severe torment would have touched you for what you took.*

*8:69. So enjoy what you have gotten  lawful and good among the things which you have gained in war, and be aware of Allah. Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.*

*8:70. O Nabi ! Say to the captives that are in your hands: "If Allah knows any good in your hearts, Allah will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and Allah  will forgive you, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."*

*8:71. But if they intend to betray you, they  have already betrayed Allah before. So Allah gave you power over them. And Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.*

*8:72. Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their wealth and their lives in the cause of Allah , and those sheltered  and supported, -- these are the allies of one another. And as to those who believed but did not emigrate, you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate, but if they seek your help in system it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance; and Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.*

*8:73. And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, if you  do not do so , there will be choas in the land, and great corruption.*

*8:74.  And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the cause of Allah , and   those who  hosted them and support them -- these are the true believers. For them is forgiveness and a honourable provision.*

*8:75. And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, they are of you. They  relatives are nearer to eachother according  to the book of Allah. Allah is the All-Knower of everything.*

SURAH AL AARAF 1 - 100

QURAN TAFSIR ( QURAN AS IT EXPLAIN)

In the Name of ALLAH, The Moet Gracious, The Most Merciful.

7:1. Alif-Laam-Meem-Saad.

*7:2  The Book that has been sent down to you, so let there not be any burden in your Heart from it, that you may warn with it; and a reminder to the believers.*

[Sadr = Chest = Breast = Heart. Haraj = Difficulty = Burden = Doubt = Hardship = Loss = Tightness in chest]*

*7:3.  Follow what was sent down to you from your Rabb, and do not follow besides Him any supporters. How seldom do you keep this in mind!*

*[Awliya = Protecting friends = Allies = Masters]*

*7:4.  And how many a town have We destroyed; for Our punishment came to them by night,, or while they slept for their afternoon rest.*

*7:5. Then their only saying when Our punishment came to them, but they said, “We were unjust, and used to oppress the vulnerable.”*

7:6. We will certainly question those to whom Our Messengers were sent, and certainly We will question the Messengers.*

7:7. We will tell to them with knowledge; We were not absent.*

[9:105.And say: ""Act, and Allah will see your work and His messenger and the believers. And you will be sent back to Knower of the unseen and the seen, and Allah will inform you of what you did." ]*

*7:8.  And the balance on that Day will be the truth. So, those whose weights are heavy on the balance, those are the successful ones.*

*7:9. And whoever has light weights, then these are the ones who lost their souls for what they transgressed of Our revelations.(with manmade dogmas.)

*7:10. And We granted you dominion on the earth, and made for you in it a habitat; little do you give thanks!.*

[Being grateful is not only verbal thanks. It involves sharing Allah bounties with fellow humans and other creation.*

16:114. So eat from what Allah has provided you, that which is good and lawful, and be thankful for the blessing of Allah, if it is indeed Allah whom you serve.*

31:12. And We had given Luqmaan the wisdom: "You shall be thankful to Allah, and whoever is thankful is being thankful for his own good. As for whoever rejects, then Allah is Rich, Praiseworthy."]*

*7:11. And We created you, then We shaped you, then We said to the angels: "Submit to Adam;" so they yielded except for Satan, he was not of those who submitted.*

*[23:13. Subsequently, we reproduced him from a tiny drop, that is placed into a well protected lodging.,]*

*7:12. He said, "What has prevented you from submitting when I have ordered you?" He said, "I am better than him, You created me from fire and created him from clay!".*

*[49:13. O people, We created you from a male and female, and We made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Surely, the most honorable among you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous. Allah is Knowledgeable, All knower.]*

*7:13. He said: "Descend from it, for it is not for you to be arrogant here; depart, for you are disgraced."*

*7:14. He (Iblees) said, "Give me respite till the Day they are raised up.”*

*7:15. Allah said, "Be among those who are given respite.”*

*7:16. Iblees said, "Since You have willed that I go astray, I will lurk in ambush for them in Your straight path.”*

*7:17. "Then I will come to them from between their hands, and from behind them, and from their right, and from their left; and You will find most of them unthankful."*

*7:18. Allah said: "Get out from this, you are despised and banished. As for those of them who follow you, I will fill Hell with you all!"*

[Jahannam = Hell = Fire = Hebrew Gehenna = Destruction of the ‘self’ in this life and the Hereafter for succumbing to Satan, the selfish desires.]*

*7:19. "And O Adam, reside you and your mate in the paradise, and eat from it as you both wish, and do not come near this tree, else you will be of those who have wronged."*

[Contrary to the popular beliefs that the forbidden Tree was the tree of knowledge, fruit of this plant and that plant, or of sexual charms, it refers to humanity dividing itself like the branches of a tree.*

2:35.And We said: "O Adam, reside you and your mate in the paradise, and eat from it bountifully as you both wish, and do not come near this tree, else you will be of those who have wronged."*

2:213. The people used to be one nation, then Allah sent the prophets as bearers of good news and warners, and He sent down with them the Book with the truth so that they may judge between the people in what they were disputing. But after receiving the clarity, the people disputed in it due to animosity between them. And Allah guided those who believed with His permission regarding what they disputed in of the truth. And Allah guides whoever He wishes to a straight path him who wills to be guided.*

20:120. But the devil whispered to him, he said: "O Adam, shall I lead you to the tree of immortality and a kingdom which will not waste away?"]

*7:20. But the devil whispered to them, to reveal to them what was not apparent to them of their bodies; and he said: "Your Rabb did not prohibit you from this tree except that you would become angels, or you would be immortals."*

[The selfish desires of humans prompted them to think about their own children rather than the collective good. That would, in a way, give them power and immortality.]*

*7:21.And Satan Swore to both of them( man and woman),, “I am a sincere advisor to you.”

*7:22. So Satan misled both of them with deception; so when they tasted the tree, their bodies became apparent both of them, and they rushed to cover themselves with the leaves of the paradise; and their Rabb called both of them: "Did I not prohibit both of you from that tree, and i say both of  you that the shaitaan is your clear enemy?"*

*7:23. Both of them  said: "Our Rabb, we have wronged ourselves and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, surely we will be of the losers!"*

[7:16. Iblees said, "Since You have willed that I go astray, I will lurk in ambush for them in Your straight path.”]*

*7:24. Allah said: "Get down; some of you, the  enemies to one another; and on the earth you will have residence and  livelihood for a time."*

[10:19. The people were but one nation, then they differed. And had it not been for a previous command from your Rabb, the matter would have been immediately judged between them for what they differed.*

49:13. O people, We created you from a male and female, and We made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another.*

*Surely, the most honorable among you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous.Allah is Knowledgeable, Expert.]*

*7:25. Allay said: "In it you will live and in it you will die, and from it you will be brought forth."*

[2:213. And Allah guides whoever He wishes to a straight path him who wills to be guided.]*

*7:26. O Children of Adam, We have sent down for you garments to cover your shame,, as well as ornaments; but the clothing of the righteousness that is the best. That is from the  signs of Allah, so they may take remember.*

*7:27. O Children of Adam, do not let the shaitaan afflict you as he evicted your parents from the paradise; he removes from them their garments to show them their bodies. He and his tribe see you from where you do not see them. We have made the shaitaan as friends for those who do not believe.*

*7:28. And if they commit immorality, they say: "We found our fathers doing such, and Allah ordered us to it." Say: "Allahdoes not order immorality! Do you say about Allah what you do not know?"*

*7:29. Say: "My Rabb orders justice, and  setup yours faces at every masjid, and that you call on Him, while being faithful to Allah in the (deen of Allah) system; as He initiated you, so you will return."*

*7:30. A group He has guided and a group have deserved straying; that is because they have taken the shaitaan as friends besides Allah; and they think they are guided!*

[7:3. Follow what was sent down to you from your Rabb, and do not follow besides Him any supporters. How seldom do you keep this in mind!*

*22:13.He calls on those who harm him more than they benefit him. What a miserable patron, and what a miserable companion]*

*7:31.O Children of Adam, dress nicely at every masjid, and eat and drink Enjoy Allah bounties, but do not commit excesses. Allah does not love the wasters.*

*7:32.  Say: "Who has made unlawful the nice things that Allah has brought forth for His servants and the good things of  sustenance?" Say: "They are meant for those who believe during this worldly life, and they will be exclusive for them on the Day of Resurrection." It is such that We explain the revelations for those who make use of what they learn.*

[17:18-20. And whoever seeks the Hereafter and strives for it as it deserves, and is a believing person, then to those what they have sought is given in thanks.*

*For both groups We will bestow from the bounty of your Rabb. And the bounty of your Rabb is never restricted.*

*20:117-123.  So We said: "O Adam, this is an enemy to you and your wife. So do not let him take both of you out from the paradise, so that you will have hardship."*

*"There you will not go hungry nor need clothes."*

*"There you will not suffer from  thirsty and not exposed to the sun' s heat."*

*But the shaitaan whispered to him, he said: "O Adam, shall I lead you to the tree of immortality and a kingdom which will not waste away?"*

*So they both ate from it, and their bodies became apparent to them, and they began to place leaves on themselves from the paradise. Adam had disobeyed his Rabb, and fell into error.*

*Then his Rabb recalled him, and turned to Allah, and guided.*

Allah said : "Go down from this, all of you, for you are enemies to one another. So, when My guidance comes to you, then, whoever follows My guidance, he will not go astray and not suffer."]

*7:33.  Say: "My Rabb has made unlawful shameful deeds; what is open or secret and private; and sin, and aggression without cause, and that you set up partners with Allah that which Allah has never authorized, and that you say about Allah what you do not know."*

*7:34. And for every nation will be fixed time; when their time is reached, they will not delay by an hour and not seek to advance it.*

*7:35.  O Children of Adam, when messengers come to you from among yourselves and tell to you My verses; then for those who are aware, and those who will live upright and mend their ways, there will be no fear over them and not will they grieve.*

*7:37. Who is more unjust than he who invents lies about Allah , or denies Allah verses? These will receive their recompense from the book; so that when Our messengers come to terminate their lives, they will say: "Where are those whom you used to call on besides Allah?" They said: "They have abandoned us!" And they bore witness upon themselves that they were disbelievers.*

*7:38.  Allah  will say : "Enter with the multitude of nations before you from mankind and Jinn to the Fire!" Every later nation will blame the  earlier nation, until they are all gathered inside it; then the last of them says to the first: "Our Rabb, these are the ones who have misguided us, so give them double  punishment of the Fire!" Allah will say : "Each will receive double, but you do not know."*

[2:143. And as such, We have made you a balanced nation so that you may be witness over the people, and that the messenger may be witness over you. And We did not make the Qiblah that you became on except to distinguish who follows the messenger from those who will turn on their heels. It was a great thing indeed except for those whom Allah  had guided; Allah was not to waste your belief. Allah is Merciful and Compassionate over the people.*

*4:41. How is it then when We bring forth from every nation a witness, and bring you as a witness over these?*

[6:70. Leave alone those who take their deen for play and diversion and whom the life of this world has deceived, and admonish with it, lest any soul should perish because of what it has earned: It shall not have any guardian besides Allah, nor any intercessor; and though it should offer every kind of ransom, it shall not be accepted from it. What they used to fabricate has forsaken them.*
